        Staff were extremly rude and hung up on me when I was calling about a problem with a item of food

        They sell broken products and dont even tell you, even tho they have to scan it, so obviously they know and they rarely offer you the receipt. About 10 times Ive been there Ive been offered the receipt just once, which doesnt shock me, cause if they sell damaged goods its obvious without the receipt you cant return it. Once they ask you for ID, the other day the same person doesnt. I guess it depends on a mood. I just moved to the area so was going there cause its super close, but I think Id rather a longer walk.
