        Japit arrived punctually at my house to help with installing my Bullguard security with which I was having trouble.         I booked Jai to look at my computer on the strength of knowing his parents for many years. I can now recommend Jai to anybody who has technology problems and wants to learn more. He was friendly, courteous and dealt with my computer problems. I learnt a lot in a short space of time. Excellent, first class service!

        Jai has done a great job. My outlook failed to open hyperlinks. Jai told me the outlook I have is out of date and recommended some solutions and left me with a system where I can open the hyperlinks. Although he was with me for about 90 minutes he only charged me for 60. Thank you Jai. I will definitely use your services again.

        Arrived on time - Fixed all the problems for both my wife's laptop & my PC. Also found time teach & advise in a friendly manner. I was feeling a slightly worried as my previous computer service & repair company has ceased trading. Japit has completely dispelled my worries - I am sure both my wife& I will be using them regularly for both fixes & training. Steve Conley
