We went into Costa today to order 2 drinks. We ordered at 1:50pm. At nearly 2:05, we still didnt have a drink we ordered. The lady asked 3 times what the drink was that we ordered. A young man named Jack was slamming doors, swearing and the whole team on shift were behaving poorly in front of customers. Twice I spoke to a lady with glasses and black curly hair, I couldnt actually speak with her as her attention was elsewhere. Rude and unprofessional. When questioned, the young girl with dark long hair in a ponytail said I dont get paid enough. I understand, however, dont say this to a paying customer. I asked for a manger, low and behold no manager was on shift. Every time we come to this Costa it is a complete disaster. We will stick to the Chichester West Street cafe.
