Popped in for a coffee and cake. Generous portion of cheesecake coffee good. Customer service skills need alot of improvement. Not a very good welcome for us and for other people, bordering rude from lady in charge. Staff should try a smile, awful atmosphere , wont be coming again.

Great vanilla chai latte and carrot cake. Nice and central at the corner of the arcade. Some comfy chairs.

Cold, over priced food. Very slow unorganised service. Coffee was ok. Non responsive to my feedback when asked. Sorry guys, bit rubbish over all.
