Terrible customer service. Contacted them via email with concerns / queries about an appointment I had attended a week prior, no response. 2 weeks later followed up with another email and no response. Phoned a further week later and advised who was calling and the phone was put down on me. Will not return or recommend to friends or family. Ignoring someone very unprofessional !

Booked an appointment but upon arrival the clinic was closed and owner wasnt answering messaged and calls. It turned out to be a miscommunication and I was consequently rebooked for the next day. The session helped me with my neck muscle strain that was very painful.

Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. His relaxed holistic approach maximises the effectiveness of treatments. Hes honest about what can be achieved and interested in getting you better, rather than increasing his bank balance. I saw my GP and spent 10 months with restricted movement and in pain, on strong painkillers waiting for physio which was then able to treat the injury over a number of weeks. When a similar injury occurred a friend encouraged me to see Andy. A few appointments later and everything was fine. The pain and restricted movement had gone. Now If I have a skeletal, joint, nerve or muscular problem I see Andy rather than a GP. Another positive is that its easier to get an appointment with him than a GP!
