        I worked for this amazing charity based company for a couple of wonderful years; the training opportunities were always available & communication was readily available always from the ' on call' service to my line manager. Clients loved the arrangement that we had with them; they also had the oncall service & so no one ever felt alone. The role I had as a support worker with the Aldingbourne Trust was the most rewarding job I've ever had. ...the most rewarding experience of my life & I think our clients would have said exactly the same.         A friend worked for this company in the community. She has been made very unwell due to the stress and long hours of the job and poor support of management. It is time to put the wellbeing and the care of staff as a priority or at least equal to company profit. I can not endorse this company after hearing the horror stories from my friend.
