Vata Express Hand Car Wash

I have used this car wash for two years and received excellent service. Not on my last visit, As I open the Drivers door still had marks around the door trims, boot not vacuum, given I paid 24 for a mini Valet. Not sure if this company has had a new owner or a change of Management. Shall not use again or recommend this car wash.

Absolutely awful was told it would be 20 for mini valet. When I paid, she charged me 24 when I questioned this, she said I didn't say it was 20 and said it was a large car, which by no means it is. The staff just didn't seem to bothered which I found when I got home, and the car was still dirty with the bird dropping, which was on the roof when I took it in. Awful service and lack of care given by the staff. Last time I will take my car there

Cleaning of wheels were poor as we're several parts of the lower body : only the 2nd time I have used this place and now will not be going back again 12 to clean outside of car.
