        We have used this B&B for 20 years. Jill and Michael are always welcoming. The place is absolutely spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, including TV, Kettle, Hairdryer and Bathrobes. The tea and coffee is replenished daily. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts and cooked options. There is parking and there is a bus stop close by for gettung into Bognor or Chichester. When visiting this area we would not stay anywhere else.
