I was seen by Stefan, who has previously installed a Blackvue Dash Cam for me.
First of all he discovered that the number plate bulb was fine but the wiring was corroded. Without asking him he repaired the fault for me and it now works.
He also inserted a new SD card into my Dash Cam and set it up for me.
Stefan, is a credit to Halfords and goes beyond what he should. He was very friendly, polite, professional and certainly knows his trade. I would also like to pay tribute to the gentleman who greeted me when I went to the store. I have a disability and needed the toilet. I asked if they had one and this very kind employee showed me to the staff toilet.
I would strongly recommend Halfords at Bognor Regis, they give a 1st class service with staff who are excellent at their job.
