From drawing plans to complete build everything went very smoothly and quality work. Excellent communication throughout from sourcing materials to contacting tradesmen for electrics etc. Good costings highly recommended would use again.

Rob has been fantastic from start to finish on our single storey extension project. He drew up our plans and liaised directly with the planning department, keeping us apprised of any small amendments or alternative options on how we could create the look we wanted. Once permission was granted Rob managed our build project organising contractors to come in at appropriate times to complete the works.

I found Plan 2 Build Sussex online and from my first conversation with Rob, he confirmed he didn't usually work in my area. However, decided to make an exception. From the initial site visit to drawing the plans, Rob was insightful and brought his obvious wealth of knowledge to the drawing board. I was able to contact him throughout the process of the drawing, even making himself available to me on a Sunday. The drawing is what we wanted and with his guidance we will have a dream home extension in no time at all. Will be recommending Rob @ Plan 2 Build Sussex 100% and of course, will be using him in the future.

Rob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the design and planning stage for our extension. He walked us through the process and was always happy to help us when dealing with the various authorities. Rob also had some excellent ideas regarding the use of space which we hadn't thought of. Highly recommended!
