Had a new TV delivered I was more than confused with the set 4k 50 inch Hisence. James came to mine just after 3 very quick appointment. All sorted and very quick and he set the TV to my taste. Excellent work and a really nice guy Thanks James. Michael Shakespeare

James from Digital Munkeys came to install a large flatscreen in our home today. I was too afraid to do it myself due to the amount of plasterboard in the walls. He arrived on time and got straight to work. We had a nice conversation during the installation and he gave me some tips for fixing up a few areas of my home (correct rawl plugs and screws etc) Im glad I got some one professional to do the TV as the thing was very heavy and he had to make some fine tuning adjustments to the brackets - but he ensured they were solidly attached to the dry wall! The TV looks great, he installed trunking to make it tidy, he was a stickler for aesthetics which I liked - so nothing was off-kilter. He even gave me a spare HDMI cable because the one for our poor nintendo switch didnt reach the new TV location and made sure the TV wasnt damaged during the installation process! All in all, it was a very pleasurable experience and it removed a lot of stress from not only our plasterboard, but also my shoulders! I will be asking for his services again in the future and I highly recommend Digital Munkeys. (Service used: large television wall mounting with cable management)

I contacted James through Checkatrade about connecting an ethernet cable from the garden office to the house - James got back to me straight away, and came to the house asap and bang on time to take a look. He had several great solutions, one of which was to save the cost of professional work and try a DIY option first. He also gave us a quote for the failsafe pro solution, which gave us loads of information to think about. We tried the DIY solution and it worked a treat - we're so grateful for the honest response that saved us money. Not many companies would do themselves out of work to help you. Thoroughly recommend, and will certainly use in the future.
