Highly recommend: I bought a ProQ flatdog and shortly afterwards bought another for a friend as a wedding gift and will buy more. Having a highly portable top quality BBQ that you can easily bring to the beach is a game changer. It's one of those rare material purchases that directly increases quality of life. I've also used Proq's larger smoker to feed a stag due if 25 lads, with multiple legs of lamb butterflied and hot smoked. Every single person there asked how it was done, and hot smoking is the answer. In particular, BBQ'ing with ProQ's coconut shell charcoal with added wood chips made temperature control easier and didn't require loads of wood to be transported. Cheers!

Fantastic supplier with excellent customer service. I'm loving the smoke generator which works well in my existing BBQ for smoking small quantities - cold smoked lots of salmon already with cherry and also oak and it was delicious. Added a block of cheddar in there too and it was way better than most supermarket smoked cheeses mmm. Recommend as a gift for someone who wants to try something a bit different - easy and super tasty.
