        Very Very disappointing experience - when I really needed support and help I was told by one of the Vets that my pony was too old to catch a certain infection. When challenged by the practice manager she now changes her account of our conversation to save her skin! The practice have little customer service/loyalty in my opinion and value collecting their call out fee over customer satisfaction. I will be settling my bill ASAP and have already registered my Endurance competition pony with another practice. Poor show Kernow - poor show !!!
