Customer service is disgraceful. I have bought a second pair of long yard boots as the first pair were excellent and lasted me 6 years. However the new pair has not even lasted two seasons, the heel has split away from the sole allowing water in. Cant walk across a wet grass field without getting wet feet. I contacted customer services with photos and they asked for more photos, which I sent in reply. I heard nothing back so emailed again. Three emails later I didnt hear from them again, so now leaving a negative review. Product not fit for purpose and customer service is appalling. I will never buy any of their products again.
This is an update and a change from one star to five. A week after I posted the review I heard from customer services. They couldnt have been more apologetic and also dispatched a lovely new pair of long yard boots that arrived by courier two days later.
Very good ending to my issue and no more wet socks! Thank you Woof wear
