Climbing Cornwall (Phill Matthews)

Were just back from a fantastic day of climbing with Phill, Ziva & Freddie. The best day of the holiday, lots of experience shared for both the climbers and beginners in our group of two adults and four children. A solid recommendation from all of us for a great day out!

Phil is a brilliant instructor. He mixes knowledge, skill and a pinch of humor that gets the best out of the client. Thoroughly recommended. Top bloke too

A great days rock climbing and instruction from Phil today down at Sennan. Me and two sons had an awesome time. My kids to date have done a bit of climbing indoors but this was their first experience outdoors with the variety and range of skills to learn. Phil is deeply experienced, very safe and transfers some great knowledge of how to climb and the tricks of the trade. Also some great fun and banter but you always know he's in control and watching out. Thanks for a great day.

I climbed with Phil in January and am looking forward to the next time. He's extremely knowledgable, patient and an excellent teacher. I left the day with heaps of new knowledge and confidence, feeling that I'd actually learned technique and skill rather than being 'taken for a climb'. A brilliant day; highly recommended.
