        Opening hours are pathetic, unsure how anyone who works is meant to collect an item?? Didn't bother knocking (family member was in) or leaving at neighbours. This shoddy service is one of the reasons I use a courier service instead - anyone but royal mail.

        Sort out your opening times! Would expect better from a multi million pound company. Then again, you did lose my 265 PS3 console and claimed it was delivered and only just gave the delivery driver a "verbal slap" pathetic!
