Bodmin Post Office

No problems taxing my car today, very friendly, patient, and helpful staff considering I did faff around a bit, it looked clean and tidy too.

Hi I sent 2 parcels by special delivery next day delivery one parcel arrived and the second what was inportant and is missing it was worth 220 iv now got to go through a claim both parcels was sent together this post office is bad I recommend do not use this post office for special delivery poor delivery service

Just phoned the Post Office about purchasing currency. Incredibly helpful and went out of their way to check that there was enough US$s . Thank you

This is about the 5th time Ive had the misfortune of going into the post office in Bodmin. Hands down its the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I got the distinct impression the lady behind the counter doesnt enjoy her job. I noted her interaction with everyone in front of me and shes just plain abrupt and rude. You need to sort your attitude out.

Lady who served me today (Glasses with longish blonde/fair highlighted hair) was eating when I came into the Post Office section of the shop. She quickly tried to hide the container and fork while I was stood in front of her till and called "Next" as if I weren't already standing in front of her till. She proceeded to serve me in a way that felt very impersonal and offhand (and a little condescending), no hello, no thank you, just the facts. She charged me then said nothing else. I thanked her and left. Not a big deal really to me but If I were her manager she certainly wouldn't be working there. You shouldn't treat your customers as though they just interrupted your breakfast.
