I rang up last week about a pneumonia vaccine the women said to call back tomorrow the next day I phoned the women said they had the vaccine in stock asked me when I d like to book so I booked a appointment for the following week I turned up and the woman was making things up saying there was no appointment made and tried to make me feel like I never had that conversation never happened so I feel this is changing the perception of reality which is disgusting customer service I never want to go back, I eve now booked in with boots and they actually send you a text message with the appointment dates and confirmation and its cheaper in boots.

I have rung on multiple occasions over last 3 weeks, cannot get through, too busy to answer, no lines, even emailed, no reply - a proper shambles. No customer service - been waiting 5 weeks for prescription - absolute farce.

Never answer phones 56 times I have tried. Keep forgetting to order medication. When they do order they forget to deliver. My mum is on life saving medication and just not getting any service.
