Went and collected my prescription day before Good Friday at 5.30pm and theyd closed early due to staffing levels? Wouldnt be so bad but I called 2 hours earlier to check if the prescription was available and no one said its early closing. Its Asda if your short staffed grab a till girl or some lady manager and get them to cover!

Pharmacist refused to help 2 year old daughter with obvious conjunctivitis, she wouldnt give over the counter drops/cream until we physically brought her to asda (daughter feeling poorly and hating bright lights as her eyes are so sore because of infection and taking her to brightly light supermarket would have exacerbated this) pharmacist refused to see pictures we took or facetime if needed. As believed we could be using another persons child.. spent 6 hrs waiting for 111/dr to call back to arrange assistance by this time Pharmacy now closed and need to wait another 12 hrs with daughters eyes glued together and in pain.
