Unfortunately my nans scooter which was passed onto me has been discounted so couldnt be fixed, however deryk delivered me a new mobility scooter. Very kind, brilliant communication and service second to none. delivered my scooter to my house, has gone above and beyond for my family and I. I can not recommend deryk enough for all your mobility scooter needs. Highly recommend him. Decided it was time to buy a class 3 scooter, deryk offered me suitable for all my needs. My other scooter I recently bought off deryk will be used for days out or as a spare. Deryk had my class 3 ready for me a week before it was supposed to be. I cant recommend him enough. Always happy to answer any questions and help with anything.

Never hire from this place. They are nothing but thieves. We had ordered a scooter for an elderly lady for a holiday in Cornwall. Unfortunately, she was unable to make the holiday, so we rang up to cancel the scooter in advance. They told us that they would not refund the money or be delivering the scooter for use. Trading standards have been informed and legal action is to be taken. No form of communication with this company has worked or got a response be that phone call, email or when I visited the place in person. They won't even discuss or give any response when requesting their terms and conditions. Keep your elderly freinds and family safe from these vultures.

Terrible service. Just missed shop closure gentleman was still there opened door and we explained we needed a scooter for my disabled mum who was visiting...was told should be no problem...but to ring him. Called at beginning of week was told he couldn't speak as he was dealing with someone...didn't ring back. Rang again gave details of dates that I needed a mobility scooter for my disabled mum for a week was told he'd check availability and for me to ring back. Rang back as requested was told 99.9% sure he'd have 1 for my dates but to ring first thing in morning...Rang as requested told computer isn't on yet and he'd ring back. Rang me back to say he'd made a mistake and I'd caught him on the hop and didn't have anything...considering I'd enquired a week ago! Hardly on the hop!!! A complete waste of my time and now my mum doesn't have any mobility aid when she arrives! Very upset.
