Dr M Omar - Stillmoor House Medical Practice

My experience of Stillmoor over the last 4yrs is not a good one! They have managed to lose all my faith and trust in any medical professional. They make you feel like your making things up or that it's in your head. They say they'll refer you to a service but they don't refer you, they take 3 months to fill out a simple referral from for a child, they even give incorrect information out to parents regarding they're child's health, I've had Dr Al-Dabaggah refuse to see me on a number of occasions even in person at the surgery, he refuses to take a phone call from myself, I've made complaints to the practice manager but never hear anything back from them regarding the complaint. There's a large list of issues with this GP surgery and in my view is not fit for purpose.

Staff are professional and helpful, but phone calls are hardly ever answered.

Yesterday I had 2 moles removed on the right side of my neck which I was needing minor ops. Dr Omar has done this so neat. And I am happy on how tidy it looks. Also he done a good job on the stitches. Will be thanking him in person when I get my stitches removed. Also very friendly and helped me calm my nerves by speaking to me throughout the procedure making me laugh and also his nurse assistant Jayne was fantastic too. Two amazing workers. Cannot doubt them one bit.
