Buyer beware..after waiting 7 months for delivery of new mobility car, manager deletes order without permission, manager states he doesnt want to do business with people like me (mobility customer) calls me a liar and a cheat, due to managers mistake Im now housebound for 18 months and theyre not interested in trying to rectify, manager has no customer service skills and Im threatened with legal action for telling the truth, as god be my witness Ive only told the truth and I will keep posting to try to protect others, despite their best efforts to shut me up

I had an insurance quote done by WEM body shop. This was very efficient and dealt within a week. Following approval by the insurance company to proceed I tried to book the car in for repair. 2 weeks later after 4 chase up phone calls they still were unable to book my car in. In my view a simple process but failed and I consequently lost confidence in their ability to provide a straightforward repair service so cancelled and I have taken the work somewhere else.
