seemed great at the start but DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. they will book an appointment but on the day of the appointment they will phone you and cancel this happened to me twice. again. DO NOT USE. in the end I said don't worry we will go with someone else and they didn't even seem bothered. now not sure that this is even a proper company

First time of using the services of Aerialforce and well impressed with the very quick response time, phoned them at 9.30 am, job all completed and everything up and running after diagnoses and checking all systems, fitting a new sat dish all tuned in and back on line by 13.00pm. Excellent Service, thankyou !!!!

Be aware of these cowboys I had an aerial that was intermittently cutting off in the wind so I contacted AerialForce to see if they can help. The guy turned up, checked the back of my TV and said that the whole aerial system and antenna needs to be changed. I asked him if he was going to check anything else for example any loose cable or wires in the antenna since it was coming and going depending on how windy it was. He dismissed my concerns and just said I had to pay for the diagnostic and he quoted me a figure for replacing the whole thing. I paid and was going to go ahead with their quote when a few days later again the aerial started working again and all the TV channels re-appeared. This company came across as a bit cowboy, rather unprofessional, and only interested in changing everything to make more money, rather than listening to what I was trying to say or even making a vague attempt at repairing the aerial. Poor customer service afterwards too with no reply to any of my emails. When I called asking for their company address to send a written complaint, the chap that answered refused to give me the address! I would advise to shop around and seek a local engineer rather than this company.
