Amazing service, I wanted a certain Citizen divers watch. I went in on Thursday, Baloo didn't have one in stock, but sourced one direct from the manufacturer and had it in store by Saturday. Very helpful and fantastic service with a great deal on the watch. Brilliant, thank you.

Took in a watch that had straps that were old and tired and Jai recommended a really cool strap, he fitted it and made sure that it fit my wrist properly and re-adjusted it and the strap fits perfectly. 10/10.

Used this jeweller for several years. Such nice people who always seem pleased to see you. Most recent visit was only for a watch battery replacement but was made to feel very welcome. In the past I have had a few items from their lovely collection. I dont think the chap that works in there ever stops smiling. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for watch and clock repairs or looking to buy that special piece of jewellery.

I stopped in at Jai's on the off chance when visiting Bodmin for the first time. Since that first visit they've restored an old Seiko for me that nobody else would touch, provided me with the perfect custom made engagement ring, as well as the wedding bands to match. Great to see family owned independent businesses like this still thriving!

Got our wedding rings from here 2 years ago, went back to have them cleaned! Amazing service, very quick! Rings look beautiful thank you very much, would highly recommend!
