Absolutely fantastic with my son who struggles in new environments and with new people. The staff were excellent and talked to him and explained everything that was going on. Thank you so much. I will be moving the rest of the family to you, far more professional an examination than recieved from other opticians

I was very disappointed with the service. On my first visit my appointment could not be finished as there was not enough staff. I was asked to return the following day and after choosing two pairs of frames I was then told that I had to wait 24hrs to determine the cost of my lenses ! When called the next day the price was ridiculous! 154 for each lense. I decided that I would go elsewhere so called to collect my prescription only to be told I had to wait for the it to be signed. This then made me late.for my appointment at specsavers. Finally I recieved my signed prescription and was then helped at specsavers to choose two frames at a quarter of the price ! Well done specsavers and the lovely staff that work there! I have only rated the one star as I was unable to post without it.

What can I say! From the moment I entered boots opticians in Bodmin I was welcomed by very friendly staff, picking my frames is always challenging but the lady who helped me was so good, she actually spent so much time advising me on what would be good on my very petite features, something I have never experienced anywhere else and right upto picking my glasses up I was made to feel like the whole process was a very personal one. Absolutely fantastic and can not recommend them enough. Thankyou everyone at Boots opticians Bodmin..

Would have been great if you had updated the website to let customers know that you are currently shut on Mondays. It would have saved me a long drive only to see the handwritten note in the window.
