I signed a agreement contract for my cavity wall insulation and to pay 30% deposit This company needs to start this job next week but unfortunately they didn't contact me atholl After 3 weeks I start to be afraid because still nobody contacted my and I start to calls them but all the time was telling me. We will call you in an hour, the manager is not available either I had no results and I started talking only written by email or text messages to gather evidence I asked her for the deposit and finally after a week of stress I managed to receive my 30% deposit I know it's ridiculous to be happy when you get your money back but this company It's like in the Wild wild West If you don't want to have an unpleasant experience like mine and have so many headaches, avoid this company.

I had my loft insulated yesterday and have received fast and efficient service from survey to installation. The installation was clean, quick and efficient and the loft was left in perfect condition!

ThermoProtect are beyond brilliant. Highly professional, clean and great communications. ThermoProtect stand alone as the leaders in this industry. I am a fussy buyer, and had numerous companies around to look at my roof. ThermoProtect stood out for their professionalism and quality of service. Each stage was explained to me, the process, the foam and the benefits. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, clean and very professional. In fact they found a suspect material in my roof, halted work and got it tested because they were concerned for my family. This was at their own cost!!! The job itself is neat and tidy. My house is measurably cooler, even in this heatwave and everyone is sleeping better at night. I can sum it up by saying awesome company, great people and the best product in the market!
