        Unreliable. Heating oil was not delivered by the promised date, we ran out of fuel as a result. Delivery rescheduled and again not delivered on the promised day. Still without heating. Avoid.

        BAD FUEL. Customer service laughed at me when I told them that my AGA and boiler can't process their fuel and it needs to be tested. He said 'prove it' that' the fuel is at fault. I rdered a large quantity of Glomax in March 2020, AGA was fully serviced a month prior to delivery. Almost immediately after the delivery my boiler stopped working and the AGA had gone out. Another service for the AGA (not water or dirt, but completely distoyed wicks within 1 month). Spent over 500 in the last 6 month on the new boiler only to be told by 2 registered engineers that they strongly belive that the fuel is to blame. Faulty fuel is hard to prove and costly, but I have no choice, but to do that as all of the oil will need to be pumped out. This company is AWFUL beyond words.
