Pro Gym Bodmin

I first went to pro gym around 5 years ago and expected absolutely nothing! I didnt know the owner of the gym at all, I just liked the gym was tucked out of the way and wanted the challenge. The gym is not ever rammed, or full of kids naked taking pictures, or sitting on their phones on machines, and never is the equipment not functional. Each individual member has the upmost respect for rich (the owner) and over the years we have become not just a gym member but a little family. My girlfriend who is nice and curvy girl never gets hassled, never gets stared at and has managed to also make solid friends, Some members take the gym more seriously than others, but everyone respects each Individuals journey and 1000% will receive praise when they have reached a mile stone. The equipment used is WATSON, and if you check out their social media you can see its top tier equipment sold world wide! We cant believe how much money the machines cost and how lucky we are to use them, Ive been to snap fitness, Mike munds, I have even traveled to bodyworld to explore more potential but nothing comes close to the quality of and finish of Watson but I dont expect corporate gyms to buy equipment that kids just wont respect. So Im not surprised equipment is awful else where. We soon started to have an annual Christmas doo and I couldnt believe a family run business was capable of producing such a positive environment. Ive seen the owner stay back late to just talk with the boys and girls who are struggling hes always at the end of the phone day and night for all the members, he notices when faces havent been in for a while and does why he can to make sure they are just ok, there is no pressure to bodybuild, and the general ethos of the gym is just wellness. If youre shopping in the area for a gym or youre just swinging by dont waste your time anywhere else; he sells and stocks a wide range of supplements he has food you can cook their and take home or even has a table to sit at so you can eat before you leave. This gym as unbelievable as it sounds just has absolutely everything anyone wanting to join a gym wants. And to top it all off celebritys and famous bodybuilders visit the gym, Freddy flintoff, Lee priest, Jason corrick. Aaron lambo! But if your still undecided and youve reached this far check out the fb or insta page. Youll see absolutely everything Ive mentioned is there. And if you come and you dont enjoy your experience I personally would offer you your money back. But there is absolutely no way you wont be back after just 1 visit! Hopefully see you there

Just the sort of gym you want if you are serious about weight training! Stayed with family in Bodmin for a few weeks and needed a place to train. Rich was a top bloke to deal with, good to chat to and gave a thorough walk around of the gym when we first met, explaining the equipment and giving helpful tips on how to use them for best results. Would highly recommend Pro Gym

If you are looking for a heavy weight gym then this place is for you. The gym is well equipped and everyone can find something for themselves even during busy time. All members are very respectful and there always be someone to help if you struggle with your session. Everyone maintain the gym in good condition and the weights/plates are always put back to their places so you dont waste time looking for them. Rich the owner was one of the reasons Ive joined. Easy to talk to, very knowledgable regarding correcting your training techniques and always pleasant to be around. Best gym ever !!!!!

I have used a lot of gyms over the years and I can honestly say that pro gym Bodmin is the best gym around, fantastic high end equipment and always happy to help in anyway. I have been with pro gym for about three and a half years and have put on some fantastic size from what I was when I first started there.
