Great service from Woody. He came out at short notice, diagnosed the issue rapidly and returned promptly as agreed to complete the job. He also charged a realistic amount - I'll certainly be using him again.

As my local gas engineer has retired,I contacted W.J.B.Services ,For a 12-month landlord gas safety check. Woody arrived on the day arranged , He carried out a thorough check and issued a certificate. From start to finish a proffesional and friendly service . I would Highly recommend...

Very unprofessional and should be avoided. He came and vied the bathroom without sink, shower and bath and then fixed a tap in another room. He then gave date to action bathroom 4 weeks away, 2 weeks in gave confirmation he was still coming to do bathroom, 1 week away ceased all communication but also did not cancel. Yesterday was due, no communication (which stopped me from making alternate plans) but worst will be without bathroom for probably another month now. Imagine if this were you, he seemed good and friendly, so totally unexpected to be left not knowing anything even after WhatsApp showed he had read my messages. Take a minute before marking plans with this guy because you could easily get the same treatment- he was real nice in person but dont be fooled - this guy can not be trusted, if he waist my time without a care then he can just as easily waist yours.
