never get the orders right and never have something in what you want and you could be waiting for so long get poor customer service if i was like that at my job i would have one

Shocking wait time, over an hour for my order, whilst others who can in after got their food first. 1 member of staff at front struggling and bearing the brunt of frustrated customers, not his fault as service was almost non existent, had to keep chasing up items to pack. Eventually someone else joined him but not to help, only criticise. When staff did appear, they operated the register, touching all sorts of surfaces but not once washed their hands before handling food. Complete lack of personal hygiene, restaurant filthy, you could see staff on the drive through coughing, sometimes cover their mouth then handle orders without washing hands. Saw one member of staff leave the customer toilets and again, straight to handling a drive thru order. This is the most basic hygiene being ignored. Finally got my order, and a sort of apology, chicken was raw on the inside, bap was stale, not from toasting. Threw half the order away as it looked like it had been dropped on the floor, even the dog wouldn't touch it and that says it all. To be honest, this branch needs shutting down, it is so filthy. Felt sorry for the guy on the front, he was clearly being bullied by other staff, when they did appear, they would make comments to him and the face said it all.

went to KFC tonight and it was very busy, i was having trouble with my bluelight card on the app and a young lady called Alex went thru my details for me and sorted my app out to work, she took the time to explain what to do the next time i was in her customer services was excellant
