Always friendly atmosphere at this branch, the guys and girls are always happy to help and waist coat is always there with a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Hate the way they talk about customers behind there back and the driver in the top round in always in a bad mood never happy hate having deliverys from him it was better when he was on holidays we got Al then we'll good driver but I've heard the sacked him as he had a Stoke and sacked him well he was of sick not a good firm for doing that I've known him for years always funny and on the ball but since there old manager Trevor left the branch has gone to hell as I've here that's there 1 of the staff is piss head and smack head and other stall can't stay of the booze every weekend should not be drinking if he is driving to but then up to them to the last I went in the branch last week hade to wait for ages to get for sirvice months think will be going back anymore city elec just up the road a lot faster and there driver flash is 100 %better then yeses driver that's always moaning well had my rant just hope yeses head office takes notes on this as there going to go under if this keeps up.
