Matt and Sue did a great job at engaging with us as a group. From the perspective of a person who suffers with anxiety it was useful to get some new tools to make the daily working routine more efficient. One such example is Rocks Pebbles and Sand technique. The session also helped with reducing stress in various ways. I enjoyed the interactive part of the seminar the most we each had a go at offering each other support for our particular problems/goals. Additionally the session was very useful for compartmentalising the fuzzy goals I have on the back of the mind to turn them into something much more concrete and workable.
