Booked as an emergency appointment via phone. The staff on the phone lines were very friendly and sympathetic to my situation. I came here yesterday morning at 9am and was seen in consultant room 6. The staff here are exceptional. They were all very friendly and professional. The dentists, who carried out my treatment, calmed my nerves, and went above and beyond to try to relieve me of my pain. Explaining all options open to me and ensuring I was happy throughout treatment. I couldn't have asked for better service, above and beyond expectations. I appreciate your help and support. Thank you for referring me so quickly for the remainder of my treatment. Thank you very much!

Needed emergency extractions of two teeth. Once I'd got through on the phone to a very helpful person, was able to book an appointment for the next day.. Very pleasant surgery, with a helpful receptionist. My dentist, Grace, and her assistant Kate were very reassuring, and took time to explain every stage of the process. Great care was taken to check I was ok throughout. Can heartily recommend this service, the whole process was easy, and I felt very well cared for. Now I get to enjoy Christmas without toothache! Thank you!
