Called about an abscess and swollen face booked straight in, waited about 20mins and in the chair 15mins NO PAIN getting the tooth out as was broken, brilliant staff very calming, would highly recommend

Somehow ended up from a chipped tooth to needing an extraction in less than a year. Waited 2-3 months for treatment in-between. Constantly having absesses from infections. Put in a complaint. Returned calls and I hear nothing. I've still got an infection and when I visit other dentists I get told my dentist has done a bad job. I've been hesitant posting a review as they're a smiley helpful group of people, but as dentists. I don't know

Wife had an appointment for 10:30 that she's been waiting for 2 months. Despite being in pain with a crumbling tooth she waited. I drove her to the appointment and arrived early My wife waited while the young receptionist sat on the phone (not talking to anyone, probably on hold to someone) For a good while. When she finally came out, the person in front was dealt with first, but there seemed to be an awful lot of faffing about... Receptionist couldn't find a clip board, she dropped her pencil down the back of the computer and took w while to find it... Rebooting appointments for other people in the dental practice Etc etc When she finally pulled her finger out and got to my wife, she said "sorry your 10 minutes late you'll have to rebook" With a stinking attitude. My wife was there waiting earlier than the appointment she was MADE LATE by the receptionist!! Absolutely no care nor any professionalism. Angry is not the word I'd choose to use. Avoid this practice

I usually have stellar service at this practice. A tooth that was undergoing treatment broke in November 2022 but I was told I couldn't get an appointment until January 26th 2023. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, and when I entered, a young receptionist was on the phone and there was a patient waiting in front of me. When the receptionist finally got off the phone (5 minutes past my appointment time), she dealt with patient I front of me who spent time faffing about with a pen and clipboard. The receptionist finally came to bool me in (10 minutes past my allocated time!) and I was told I had to rebook my appointment because *I* was too late?! When it was her fault I was late?! I now have to wait a further 5 fays while in pain. I was shown absolutely no sympathy or compassion by the receptionist. She didn't even apologise to me considering it was her fault! I'm absolutely disgusted. Never been spoken to or treated in such a manner.
