How is judging a minor motoring offence during a pandemic classed as essential work? Also failing to obtain evidence before making the decision, and having the cheek to whack on a victim surcharge when trying to rebook a drivers awareness course (in which I had a sick note legally exempting me from it in the first place) you can expect now to be counter prosecuted for affecting my mental health to a point I was suicidal! I clearly stated in my plea I was ill and had proof so what you have done is unlawful as you have to collect evidence if it stated there is some. Youre just after money during a pandemic where people are struggling, you should be ashamed of yourselves
