        Absolutely disgusting service. Told delivery of my passport had failed on Monday. Went on line to rearrange delivery for Tuesday waited all day no delivery, went to follow tracking out for delivery on Wednesday, it is now Thursday been on to track again it is now saying out for delivery on Friday. I am ringing the Bodmin branch today to get to the bottom of this. Passport office you need to change the couriers you use as this company is obviously not worth the money for the service they are providing.

        All the reviews are incorrect TNTUK closed down at this address in Aug 21 the poor service refers to FedEx at a different location

        Driver just took a picture of my apartment and report unable to deliver and just drive away. I was down the reception wait for my BRP at that time but I can't find anyone try to get in the building. Am my post deliver by a ghost? If I can rate half star, I will definitely do it. Never try to us this company, unless you want your post get lost or wait for thousand years. Absolutely a company that should not appear in the market.
