Cornwall housing is useless just because they can't speak to the last person I was staying with because I don't get on with that person and another reason now they won't house me and partner together and they ain't doing anything about me being pregnant and homeless either

Disgraceful service, too many negative experiences to mention but apparently have no care whatsoever for tenants, no matter how vulnerable they are.

They close peoples housing applications down and don't put people who clearly have mental health issues or learning difficulties in a priority banding despite being homeless, I do not know what is going on with this council but they refuse to give temporary accommodation to homeless locals. Surely this kind of treatment of people in distress is against the law?

GOT SERIOUS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.. to top it off getting evicted from home. Cornwall Council housing officer had no sympathy or empathy telling me hes not a counsellor and telling me if there's a possibility that have I made myself voluntary homeless. being treated like everyone else. I dont look for sympathy or beg for nothing but Im in need of serious help with my mental health declining day by day.and no possible home. I'm Cornish threw and threw but my home county is not hearing me.

Waste of time unless you come to UK in a dinghy. Amanda Gardener, the homeless case manager refuses to help a homeless veteran with mental health problems. Never calls, never communicates and just puts the phone down when you offer to live in one of the ex army bases. Totally unfit for purpose, and we pay her wages!!!!!!
