Wintecs

Not impressed. Ordered a tank lid which the website clearly stated it was in stock. To receive an email the day I was supposed to receive it saying that the item was out of stock and there was no information regarding when it would be re stocked. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times to get no response. Currently 22.00 down with no item, no response and don't know when to expect to receive it

Sent a polite complaint about a membrane that I had purchased which wasnt cheap Was expecting to be batted back or given loads of excuses as to its poor performance but was delighted to receive help and support from Wintecs who chased the manufacturer who have now sent a replacement. Top banana Wintecs and the manufacturer, such a rarity to receive such great customer service these days so felt the need to blow their Trumpet for them.

A great independent business offering the very best of service with a vast array of commercial cleaning equipment I prefer to shop as local to home as possible and also praise Wintecs for having a phone that you can call unlike others in the industry Overall a fantastic service with quick secure delivery

Sharp prices but nothing about shipping, out for delivery psrceltracking or whatever. I know that stuff is boring but when youve got no idea when a 25kg parcel is coming and cant leave alternative delivery instructions if you go out its not 21st. century service so 4 blobs, not 5. I suppose the chances are nobody will nick a 25 kg brown package off a door step, but even so its poor practice just leaving it there.
