All was OK and nice lady until I prepared to leave, where upon she launched an attack regarding payment. I had paid so I thought by BACS prior to my arrival, unfortunately for some reason it did not go though although I had received success confirmation. She accused me of trying to get out of paying and although she agree to my dog and advised to leave her if she played up (7month old puppy) as in her quarters she then she said 'I put up with your dog'. As I was checking my bank account she again said I did not want to pay her and got very aggressive in her manner and blocked the doorway. The whole holiday has been spolit by her very unpleasant attitude. My final remark was oh by the way there was no loo roll to which she responded I very much doubt that and that's right find a cause to complain as you are leaving, But note should be taken, had she cleaned the room she would have emptied the bin and noticed no toilet roll rather than accusing me of lying for the second time. Not worth the price and agro if I could I would leave 0 stars. Unpleasant lady. As my mum would have said she is judging others in the she would behave herself.

Just wow! Honestly this place is a haven, we stayed in the twin room and it's surprisingly spacious, the view from the windows is lovely, the bathroom is sparkling clean and the amenities have been well thought out and so sweet. The garden is beautiful and everything is so quaint. My only regret is not staying longer! Thank you Nadia we will be back!
