        I quite agree with the comment below. One member of staff always accosts you the moment you enter trying to get you to use the paying in machine. I think she would be better placed behind the counter as there always seems to be a queue with just the one cashier open. My elderly mother does not wish to use the machine/paying in service and does not want to change now.

        Tell you to use pay-in machine when you want to use cashier. Refuse to open second cashier as one member of staff stands asking you what you're doing in the bank today
