workmen were very good. the product looks good on the walls. couldn't say how effective the product is as the walls need time to dry out now

I am disappointed in that I have to give 1 star-they deserve 0! These cowboys installed my system over a year ago when I brought a property to renovate as a rental with bad damp all the way through. The pushy sales guy (he even shows you a company made YouTube video showing how the system is supposed to work) told us it would eradicate our damp very quickly so that we could renovate and get tenants in ASAP. They installed the system quickly and they charged 2600.00-money well spent to get rid of the damp and get the tenants in...WRONG. As soon as the decorator had put the first coat of paint on the walls the damp was coming back through, so after 6 months phoned them to ask for advice, was told we shouldnt have painted the house (strange as we had already started the renovation before they came and inspected the house) and should wait until the 12 month recheck, so we waited, then the time came for the recheck and the house is covered in damp, but...its not their fault, its because we had our house re-rendered the week before they came to recheck and the render had been applied too close to their vents-the vents were removed prior to rendering or else they would have been rendered over!! (even though I told them about the damp problem still being present 6 months previously), I even proved the point by showing the inspector that the damp was in fact in the internal walls which are chemically injected as opposed to the external walls which are vents. This was all agreed face to face, then in a written report a week later the company stated this was not their fault and they even revoked the warranty. Shameful. Do not waste your money on these people, I have already informed trading standards and issued court papers but these will be a long process, avoid at all costs.
