Would like to thank mdf store for the good quality and prices for my order. Plus dealing with vikki from sales was brilliant. She went above and beyond to ensure my order arrived exactly where I needed it. I will be sure I'll be using this company again for my jobs going forward. Thanks alot guys

Bought skirting and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately the delivery driver from a company called Tuffnells damaged my flooring! I am giving a 5 star review as I really appreciated how Vicki who works for the MDF store handled the situation. She fought for me in getting compensation for the damage from the company which took around 6 months of Tuffnells trying to deny blame. Accidents happen but its how a company deals with problems that matter, that is why I have given a 5 star review. I would hope the mdf store use a different company, one that accepts responsibility for its employees and actions with less hassle.

Slight delay in reviewing this company, but better late than never. From ordering to delivery absolutely exceptional. The product quality is phenomenal. Used many lengths for architrave and skirting. We are so impressed with the quality in comparison to any other timber merchants. The packaging alone was perfect. The products cut brilliantly just make sure you have the correct blade. MDF Store are the best retailers I have dealt with for a long time and warrant more than 5 stars. They are professional, friendly and expeditious with a wide range for products at very competitive prices. Their customer service is the best. Prior to placing my order I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered promptly, comprehensively and with great patience. I required a follow up order to complete my project. Although entirely my fault they dealt with it extremely promptly. Overall their standard of service is rarely found in this day and age. Not only would I recommend to use them I suggest you don't go anywhere else.
