Elissa was extremely helpful in creating a cake for a family birthday particularly as we don't live locally. She responded to all of our emails and calls and was able to produce a wonderful and elegant cake that suited the occasion and impressed the birthday recipient and family members. We would highly recommend Elissa and would definitely use her services again.

Elissas cakes are incredible. And she is an AMAZING person. She made a cake for an older relative who was having a big party that my father and I sadly couldnt attend. Our relative is a decorated veteran and Elissa made the most wonderful cake at incredibly short notice AND delivered it - on a Sunday! She was so good to my family. Not only did she do something wonderful for us, but the cake blew everyone away. It was very good value too - you get a lot for what you pay for. And we were not given added charges despite the short notice etc. It was so nice of her. Elissa is so easy to deal with, and professional - an invoice was provided prior to payment. The communications were superb - I was sent photos and a message to say the delivery was done, which meant a lot, as it was all done at a distance over phone and email. We all want to give her more business in future. Not only because of what she did, and how nice she is, but because the cake was superb.

Absolutely lovely cake Elissa made for my wife's birthday ! A wide range of fillings and completely customised toppings, without having to fuss around anything. It is obvious Elissa is driven by her clients' satisfaction ! Well worth the price for the whole family, thank you from us all !

I cannot recommend Elissa highly enough. Elissa made my husbands birthday cake for 20+ guests and it was incredible. Fabulous communication from start to finish and the cake tasted amazing and looked stunning. Very very professional and what a talent. Thank you Elissa x
