I have purchased a bike with the cycle to work scheme through e-bikesdirect and I have been really pleased with my experience! I contacted the sales team and got in touch with David who went out of his way and helped me through the whole process and get the bike I had my eyes on. I'm now zooming to work despite my very steep commute and it's fantastic!

I had issues with bike I purchased from E-Bikes Direct but had no need to be concerned as their Customer service team are spot on. I would not hesitate to deal with E-Bikes Direct again and are well worth 10 stars not just five.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I was promised multiple delivery dates for my bike, but after five broken promises, it never arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to share my negative experience with others. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable, and they have wasted my time and money. I wouldnt trust this company to deliver on any of their promises.

Multiple paint damage in 2 bikes I ordered. They blamed deliverer and said I could buy touch up paint. I paid for delivery so I expect them to make sure its packaged corrected. The damage was just cheap manufacturing processes not delivery. Even if it was its still their responsibility to make sure its delivered correctly. Premium price. Cheap product. Company that just blames others. Edit. Orders added OUT148863, OUT150677. And because you could not ship out a replacement until received I had to order another identical bike which was 30 more expensive.
