        Very unprofessional and cruel, he cut my dog's ear and didn't even informed me about it when I collected the dog. The guy doesn't even mention to give me my money back when I informed him about what's it going on. Next day I talk to my friend who had the same situation with her spaniel 5 years ago, her dog was so crared after grooming and doesn't like grooming till now. Those positive opinions on his website are not from the clients. He shouldn't work with animals at all, I hope one day some proper institutions will knock to his door.
