        On a very wet day, when all outdoor seating was taken up with schoolchildren. We asked the manageress if it was possible to sit inside to eat. We had a 10 month old baby and a small shih tzu dog who is completely house trained and would have sat at our feet under the table. There was one other table occupied inside but we were refused point blank from a very rude manageress. I could understand if there was seating available outside or if we had a large dog with us. We were told to leave the dog outside and that it wasnt her problem that all seats outside were taken up with school children. This was the first time we had ever visited Queenswood and will be the last. Extremely poor customer service

        Excellent cafe ,fantastic staff , staff are extremely friendly and helpful always go that extra mile ,well worth a visit ,a lovely cup of coffee ,very reasonable prices
