The manager has no idea what she's doing and I'm certain I've seen her intoxicated on multiple occasions.
Puts you in mind of Charity Shop Sue!
Really hope whoever is in charge gets the whole act together. It's a shame as most of the other staff are really very pleasant.
Would rate higher if it wasn't for the management that overall let the whole place down.
