        Complete shower, rang for an appointment was told I have to ring on the day, I said I work so need to book in advance, was told I will still have to ring on Monday, but she refused to tell me why, and then kept repeating the same thing like a mantra, completely useless, no wonder the NHS is in the state its in,

        Friendly caring staff,and a practice where you are actually listened too no matter how big or small the problem.Always had a same day appointment for my son.

        All members of staff are very friendly , approachable and always very helpful . I've always managed to get same day appointments ( as I've many health issues) and the GP's are always great , caring and understanding , and very good with the family. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the service that I get and count myself very lucky to be a patient at this medical centre .
