Barnewood Boarding Kennels Oxford

My dog absolutely loved her stay at Barnewood, she didnt want to come home! The staff are so helpful and reassuring, its very clear the dogs are treated as though they are their own. Loved seeing the Facebook updates too, will definitely be using them again!

The service is nice for the most part, except I had to cancel my dogs stay due to circumstances beyond my control. Barnewood refused to work with me regarding the sizable deposit I placed for the kennel. I was not even asking for a refund, and I asked almost a week in advance to alter my stay. The receptionist simply repeated that the deposit was non-refundable and non transferable. In my opinion this is a bit of a draconian business practice, and I would recommend caution before using Barnewoods services. We all know plans can change unexpectedly, but this company offers no clemency for such events.

Great place, the staff and facilities are excellent and you can go away confident you dont have to worry about your dog.
