        Geoffrey is an old school craftsman. Who from time to time, as we all do, has some well earned holiday, the review which complains about not being able to get in touch with someone who is on holiday seems extremely unfair. This is not DFS but a long established bespoke furniture business. Geoff now works from a home workshop i.e. no longer at Earlswood Nursery if you want to get in touch use his mobile number see his website and he will visit you with samples etc.

        Bloody awful, I have been phoning him asking him to phone me back but he never does. According to bus website "commitment to quality and personal service comes first" well I would have at least expected a call back.

        Geoff has now done 3 chairs for us and his work is impeccable. A genuinely lovely chap who dropped everything to rush through two 5ft high chairs for our wedding in 2 weeks. I think he is semi retired, so core working hours seem to be 10am- 4pm weekdays, and i think he opens some weekends.
